Certified Instructor from the Napoleon Hill Foundation and the Napoleon Hill World Learning Centre in the United States of America.

Christina is the Authorised Licensee of the Napoleon Hill Foundation for the territories of Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Australia, and New Zealand. She is the Founder and Chairman of the Napoleon Hill Associates group of companies. She is also the Senior Partner in the legal firm Christina Chia Ng & Partners.

For the past five years, Christina has been the keynote speaker in the Open House programmes organized by the Napoleon Hill World Learning Centre in Purdue University, Indiana, USA; as well as at the Forum on Future Leaders organized by the University of Wise Virginia for the past two years.

She has conducted a variety of training programmes on personal development and self improvement at Napoleon Hill Associates in Malaysia and Singapore; as well as jointly with the Napoleon Hill Foundation in Malaysia, Singapore, New Zealand, Hong Kong, China, and USA.

Often dubbed as “Napoleon Hill’s Man in Malaysia”, she was the prime initiator and the principal organizer of the Inaugural Napoleon Hill International Convention in 2007, convened at the Putrajaya International Convention Centre, Malaysia.

Her passion is to “inject the fuel and ignite the fire” into everyone who chooses to realize his/her potential for super success.
